Guess what. My arm is Bodybugg free for the first time in 2 months. I’ve decided that since it’s my birthday weekend (tomorrow is the big day), I’m going to spend three days not calculating how many calories I’m burning, eating or planning. This isn’t some all out snort-as-much-food-as-I-can-fest. It’s just a break. With no real weight loss after using a $250 gadget for 2 months, I think I can survive a weekend without it. The world won’t end.
We have lots of plans for the weekend, but my favorite one is this: watch and photograph Evan baking me a cake–the first time he’s ever baked. Photos could be posted here if the results warrant it 🙂
Evan doesn’t bake. He doesn’t cook either. That’s fine with me as I like being the kitchen diva. Plus, he’s great at clean-up, which I hate, so it’s a really good deal. Awhile ago, we were talking about what I wanted to do for my birthday, and I told him I wanted him to bake me a cake. He agreed. Now that’s true love. I’ve been looking forward to it for months.
