Weigh in WTH?

This morning was supposed to be my weigh in but my scale showed a number I haven’t seen in months. I don’t believe it. I won’t believe it. We’ll try again tomorrow.

In the meantime, I’m contemplating strength and stretching plans, Friday lunchtime yoga classes, what my post-Turkey Day Road Race training plan should be (to get me through the holidays) and how I want to finish out the most challenging part of the year.

In other words, lots of reflection this week and little posting.
